At Zevox, we value your trust and satisfaction. To ensure a premium shopping experience, we offer easy exchanges and returns under the following conditions:
✅ You may request an exchange or return if:
The product does not fit as expected.
The product or shipping package is damaged upon delivery.
The product received is defective.
An accessory or part of the product is missing.
Shipping charges are non refundable
Note: All requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
